      Job Description : 


      1. Lead the team to generate revenue and/or user for company by new acquisition

      2. Ensure every activity of the team is recorded using tools provided by the company

      3. Building team that are capable to work for long-term period with consistent performance

      4. Improving accuracy in information communication with customers and public by the field team

      5. Report and communicate to top level management team routinely



      Qualifications : 

      1. At least SMK or D3 in Communication, Business and/or Management, Bachelor in Business Management or Communication is preferable
      2. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development field in service-related company or IT software
      3. At least 1 years of experience in management level or leading team with at least 3 people as subordinates
      4. Having experience in territorial management, customer management and remote supervision, monitoring, evaluation
      5. Ready to work in flexible or unfixed working hour to meet customer’s expectation.
      6. Deep understanding of SaaS, POS, ERP and/or B2B is a must
      7. Capable of fast-paced recruitment and team scale-up with high level of accuracy is preferable
      8. Ready to travel and to be placed into different region temporarily to explore new area
      9. Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work well in a team
