Job Description

  • Maintain close and sustainable relationship with existing corporate client and driving mutual growth.
  • Gathering information with key person for feedback and further needed
  • Develop new strategy for upselling
  • Complaint handling
  • Working closely with internal team to meet the SLA and maintain customer retention
  • Become the main contact between our partners
  • Develop our business, identify new channel of product offerings within partners scope of business, while maintaining existing relationships
  • Monitoring and analyze key partners’ transactions, have regularly business review to do improvement

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relation
  • Minimum 2 years experienced in banking / fintech industry as Growth Specialist
  • Experience (nice to have): Banking, Insurance, Payment Gateway, E-commerce partnership
  • Good communication skill, eager to learn new things, good personality
  • Technical Skills : Relationship Management in Financial Industry, Selling & negotiation, Financial Knowledge
